 Our activity is cored in the development of Collective Leadership, understood as the management capacity that must be exercised by all members of a community wishing to transform and evolve.

 We contribute in a significant manner to the Formation of integral leaders, committed to their inner harmonic growth, to the growth of the companies they work for and to the growth of society in general.

 We believe that learning is not merely to have access to knowledge; thus, we encourage inter-disciplinary dialogue, learning through action, practicing in real scenarios and interacting with nature.

 We believe that Knowledge is Universal and as such we hold alliances with the best Universities and Centers for Formation in Leadership and Management at a worldwide level while at the same time supporting case analysis and knowledge at the domestic level.
