We manage the Program Transformative Business Leadership (TBL), directed every year to 30 Presidents and Managers of leading companies in the Andes Region, who assist at modules held in Harvard, Wharton, Instituto de Empresa de Madrid, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from Chile, and Colombia. The program is focused in the transformation and strategic management of such companies.
Our activity is focused in the development of leadership, collective intelligence and the management capability that must be executed by all the members of a community who wish to transform and evolve.
We develop educational processes of reflection, formation and transformation, so the leaders of our region can execute in a most effective manner their responsibility as business and social leaders.
We contribute in a significant manner with the formation of integral leaders committed with the harmonious growth of themselves, their companies and society.
We have alliances with important and well known institutions at international level such as Cambridge Leadership Associates, Instituto de Empresa de Madrid and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from Chile, among others.
In the Escuela de Liderazgo we generate educational spaces focused in the management of Leadership, developing new skills through interdisciplinary dialogue, contributing to the business, human and social development of the participants.
