Ram贸n De La Torre

Economist and Business Administrator of the universities of Los Andes and Notredame in USA. He was the Administrative Vicepresident of Bavaria and president of Esso Colombiana during 20 years. He also led the Cerrej贸n project with the construction and commissioning of the world's largest open pit. During the presidence of Andr茅s Pastrana he was the representative of the government, as peace negotiator for a 3 years period. He has been member of boards in the fields of health, education, financial, agricultural, industrial, trade unions and social interest organizations. He is a foundation member of Consejo Privado de Competitividad and president of the Centro de Liderazgo y Gesti贸n directive board.

Joaqu铆n Moreno

Joaqu铆n Moreno

Civil Engineer of the Universidad Industrial de Santander and AMP at Harvard University. More than 30 years of international professional experience with the group of companies of Royal Dutch Shell in Europe and Latin America. He was President of Shell for Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico and High Commissioner of President Uribe in 2005 for the reconstruction of the Santanderes after the rainy season. He is currently member of the board of Ecopetrol and member of the board of IESA in Venezuela.

Ex Minister of Development. Economist of the University of Antioquia with specialization in Harvard, University of Paris and INCAE. He has been President of Carbocol, Ambassador in London, President of Cemex, President of Ecopetrol, President of CI Proban and legal representative of Cultivos y Servicios Ltda. Andr茅s Restrepo Londo帽o has also served as a member of several Boards which include Propilco, Colombia M贸vil, Interactuar, Empresas P煤blicas de Bogot谩, Fundaci贸n Social, IFI, Banco de Bogot谩 and Seguros Bol铆var, among others.

Luis Gallo

Luis Gallo

He studied Business Administration and Economy at the University of Georgetown, and has a Master in Business Administration at the University of Harvard. He is founder and Senior Partner of Estrategias Corporativas, S.A., an investment bank engaged in merges, acquisitions, privatizations, and "merchant banking" in Colombia. He promotes social transformation projects through the Fundaci贸n Compartamos con Colombia from which is founder partner and member of the Board.

Martha Pinto de De Hart

Gustavo Mutis

Born in Bucaramanga, Economist from the Universidad de los Andes. Her professional training began in banking and later as a building contractor and manager of social enterprises. As Communications Minister in the period 2002 - 2006, she lead the process of constitutional reform of SOEs in the sector that originated Colombia Comunicaciones and Radio Televisi贸n Nacional de Colombia (RTVC), and generate the rules to promote the competitive development of telecommunication industries.

Gustavo Mutis

Gustavo Mutis

Doctor of Laws of the Universidad Javeriana, with Senior Management degree at the Universidad de los Andes and with specialization in Strategic Leadership and Management at Harvard University. He held executive positions in the Exxon Organization during 11 years, and during 4 years was Directive of the Swiss Multinational Hoffman La Roche. He has been Professor of Leadership at the Universidad de los Andes and Assistant Professor of the Leadership Program at Harvard. He is member of the Privy Council on Competitiveness and currently President of the Centro de Liderazgo y Gesti贸n.

Jorge Alberto Uribe

Jorge Uribe

Business Engineer from the Universidad Nacional de Medell铆n, MBA from Xavier University. He worked with Colombian textile companies and joined Procter & Gamble in 1981, where he currently serves as President for Latin America. He has been member of the C谩mara de comercio Colombi-Americana, the Andi, the Council of the Americas, Dividendo por Colombia, Alianza Social and United Way International.

Sergio Uribe

Sergio Uribe

Economist from the Universidad de los Andes. Private Consultant. He has been President of Cementos Samper, Corporaci贸n Financiera Coombiana, CAV, AV Villas and General Manager of AT&T Latinamerica - Colombia. He is currently member of the Board of Banco de Bogot谩, AFP Porvenir and Fundaci贸n Buen Gobierno.

Jos茅 Fernando Montoya

He obtaned his title of Chemical Engineer at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. During 19 years he served in different positions in the Shell Group including Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development, Operative Director, Oil Marketing Director and General Manager of the Downstream Shell Paraguay. In HOCOL, he held various positions including Manager of Business Development. Financial Director. Director of Operations and CEO President.

Guillermo Heins

Guillermo Heins

Chemical Engineer from the Universidad del Atl谩ntico and graduated from prestigious programs for companies' Presidents in north american universities, with 34 years of professional experience. Since 1973 he joined the Dupont Corporation in Nemours, where he became President for Colombia, Venezuela and then responsible for all the Andean area. He is member of the Board of the Asociaci贸n Nacional de Industriales, Cementos Paz del Rio, Actuar Atl谩ntico (Founder), Camara de comercio Colombo-Americana, Dividendo por Colombia, Fundaci贸n Probarranquilla and Endeavor de Colombia, among others.

He studied Economy in Ethiopia, Spain and Mexico, and possess an B.A., and an Economy degree from the Universidad de las Am茅ricas, in Mexico. He began his carrer with Petr贸leos Mexicanos. He worked with Exxon Colombia in the financial area and was Financial Manager and Manager of the Plastic Division of Dow Chemical. He was Financial and Administrative Vicepresident - Latin America and General Manager of Hunter Douglas. He has a professional carrer of almost 40 years, 25 of which have been dedicated to Talent. He is Manager of Spencer Stuart for Central America, Panama, Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador.
