HISTORY

In January 2007, a group of Colombian business leaders gathered around the aim of creating a lasting contribution for the future of Colombia, they adopted the decision of joining as partners to Gold Service International, company that was established for more than a decade as a pioneer in the formation of intellectual capital with the highest standards of service and marketing worldwide. This way the Centro de Liderazgo y Gestión was born. It was set up as a kind of "Action Tank" to establish a space for reflection and action on entrepreneurship and political and social leadership to promote, in this way, an urgent development and a positive transformation in the private sector, in the Public Administration and in society in general.

The Centro de Liderazgo y Gestión, through its various activities such as forums, consulting and the Leadership School, continues promoting the efficient, transparent and sustainable management of the public and private organizations in Latin America, and remains faithful to the commitment of his founder, Gustavo Mutis, to create spaces for reflection, knowledge dissemination and implementation of agreements that will help the leaders of the region to tangibly meet their responsibilities for collective prosperity and sustainable development.
