We have created a specialized area on Organizational Transformation on the bases of Leadership and Strategic Management processes. For development of these processes we rely on the support provided by entrepreneurial simulations. The teaching of issues such as Leadership, Strategic Thought and Entrepreneurial management (whether public or private) requires live occurrences, requires scenarios where it is possible to enforce the skills, attitudes and behavior of all those in charge of the management of the organizations.
Our objective is focused on organizational transformation processes through leadership and strategic management workshops specifically designed in accordance with the specific needs of each organization. In order to accomplish such purposes, the processes are developed in various stages: Design, Direction, Mobilization and Follow-Up, in which there is real analysis of the situation of the company, its fundamental challenges, corporate ambitions, environmental situation, amongst other, for in this manner to engage in a process suitable to the needs and expectations of each organization. In a similar manner, we seek to imprint it throughout the entire organization so to achieve true competitive advantage, for a later follow up and in this way determine what was effectively accomplished, what was learned and what is the best manner to make it a continued practice. Some 25,000 executives have attended our workshops, with a high degree of satisfaction, who are, nowadays, our best referral and promotion point.
