Fundacion ITACA - DIALOGOS POR COLOMBIA (“The Ithaca Foundation – Dialogues for Colombia) unites philosophies and methodologies of well known leaders in an effort to promote, through research and investigation, local and regional dialogue and domestic and international alliances, processes of transforming leadership for the Collective Prosperity of Colombia.

 We engage in research and Surveys on leadership, strategic management, organizational transformation and Collective prosperity in order to disseminate successful practices and learn from the great achievements of our society.

 We encourage National and Regional Dialogue in all sectors, seeking the transformation of our society, materializing actions that enable the increase in the levels of Collective prosperity in Colombia.

 We promote the development of less favored persons through collective leadership processes, for a better management of their development and the development of their communities.

 We develop and implement alliances at the domestic and international level, through which it is possible to receive academic and financial grants that promote leadership and Collective Prosperity in Colombia.
