Centro de Liderazgo y Gestion organizes a series of constructive dialogues with diverse groups of Colombian leaders, committed to the enhancement of Collective Prosperity in our country.

Several dialogue sessions have been held on the issue of Competitiveness and Collective Prosperity, where analysis has been made of our current reality and most of all generation has been accomplished of alternatives that enable, collectively, the transformation of such reality for the benefit of most Colombians.

The final objective is the construction of spaces for national dialogue, by calling on the leaders of the different sectors, political affiliations and regions of the country.

We do not seek an agreement, program or compromise. We look for the generation of collective thinking in which we can listen to one another, recognizing our differences and build new realities therefrom.

Our challenge is to evolve in the issues of Competitiveness and Collective Prosperity; in order to do so we require a more coherent collective leadership, capable of driving transformation for the benefit of generations to come.
