Samuel Azout


He studied economics at Cornell University in the United States and has an MPA from Harvard University. He was President of Carulla Vivero, and is currently dedicated to corporate management through the Fundacion Carulla and the Foundation Football with the Heart. He belonged to several boards of major companies such as Colombian Ecopetrol, ETB and Almacenes Éxito, among others.

He studied economics in Ethiopia, Spain and Mexico, and has a BA and Economics degree from the University of the Americas in Mexico. He began his career with Petroleos Mexicanos. He worked with Exxon Colombia in finance and was Chief Financial Officer and Manager of the Plastics Division of The Dow Chemical. He was Vice President Finance and Administration for Latin America and General Manager of Hunter Douglas Colombia. His Career has almost 40 years, 25 dedicated to Talent. He is Spencer Stuart Manager for Central America, Panama, Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador. 

Ramon De La Torre


Economist and Business Administrator of the University of Los Andes and Notredame in USA. He was Administrative Vice President of Bavaria and President of the Colombian Esso for 20 years. He also led the project of the construction and implementation of the Cerrejón, the world's largest open pit mine. During the presidency of Andres Pastrana he was representative of the Government and Peace Negotiator for a period of three years. He serves on boards of directors in the fields of health, education, finance, agriculture, industry, trade unions and social interest organizations. Founding member of the Private Council on Competitiveness and Chairman of the Board of the Centro de Liderazgo y Gestión. 

Luis Gallo


He studied Business Administration and Economics at Georgetown University and has Master in Business Administration from Harvard University. He is founder and Senior Partner of Estrategias Corporativas SA, an investment bank engaged in mergers, acquisitions, privatizations, and "merchant banking" in Colombia. He promotes social transformation projects through the Foundation Lets share with Colombia, in which he is founder and board member. 

Guillermo Heinz

 Chemical Engineer of the Atlantic University and graduated from different prestigious programs for companies presidents in American universities, with 34 years of professional experience. In 1973 he joined the DuPont Corporation of Nemours, where he became president to Colombia, Venezuela and then responsible for all the Andes Area. Board Member of the National Association of Manufacturers, Cementos Paz del Río, Acting Atlantic (Founder), Chamber of Commerce Colombo-Americana, Dividendo por Colombia, Fundación Endeavor Colombia and ProBarranquilla, among others.

Fernando José Montoya


He graduated as a Chemical Engineering at the National University of Colombia. For 19 years he served in various positions of Shell Group Director including those of Corporate Planning and Business Development, Operations Director, Oil Marketing Director and General Manager of Shell Downstream Paraguay. In HOCOL, he held various positions, including Manager of Business Development, CFO, COO and CEO President. 

Joaquin Moreno


Civil Engineer from the Industrial University of Santander and AMP from Harvard University. He has more than 30 years of international experience with the Group of Royal Dutch Shell companies in Europe and Latin America, where he became president to Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico. Currently a member of the Board of Ecopetrol and President of the Board of Propilco SA. 

Gustavo Mutis


Doctor in Law from the Universidad Javeriana, with Senior Management graduate from the University of the Andes, with a specialization in Leadership and Strategic Management at the University of Harvard. Held executive positions at Exxon Organization for 11 years, and for 4 years was a director of the Swiss multinational Hoffmann La Roche. He has been Professor of Leadership at the University of the Andes and Assistant Professor Harvard Leadership Program. He is a member of the Private Council on Competitiveness and is currently the Director of the Centro de Liderazgo y Gestión.

Martha Pinto de De Hart


An economist at the University of the Andes. Her professional training began on the banks and later as a business of building and managing social enterprises. As Minister of Communications in the period 2002 - 2006, she was accounted for directing the process of institutional reform of state enterprises in the sector that gave rise to Colombia Telecom and Radio Television of Colombia (RTVC) and generate the rules to promote competitive development telecommunications industries. She is currently the President of CAMACOL. 

Jorge Alberto Uribe


Business Engineer from the Universidad Nacional of Medellin, and an MBA from Xavier University. He worked in Colombian textile companies and entered Procter & Gamble in 1981, where he currently serves as President for Latin America. He was a member of the Colombo-American Chamber of Commerce, The Andi, the Council of the Americas, Dividendo por Colombia, Alianza Social and United Way International. 

Sergio Uribe 

Studied Economics at the Universidad de los Andes. Private Consultant. Former President of Cementos Samper, Corporación Financiera Colombiana, CAV, AV Villas and CEO of AT & T Latin America and Colombia. He is currently a member of the boards of Banco de Bogota, AFP Porvenir and Good Government Foundation. 

Andrés Restrepo Londoño


Former Minister of Development. Stidied Economics at the University of Antioquia, specializing in Harvard, University of Paris and INCAE. Former President of Carbocol, Ambassador to London, President of Cemex, President of Ecopetrol, President of CI Proban and legal representative of Crop and Andres Restrepo Londono Services Ltd. Has also served as a member of several boards of directors which include Propilco, Colombia Movil, Interact, Empresas Públicas de Bogotá, Fundación Social, IFI, Banco de Bogota and Seguros Bolivar, among others.
